Apple crumble and Little Moons Cinnamon Bun mochi starts off with a silky smooth cinnamon cremeux, followed with a homemade apple compote before adding the finishing touches; a toasty brown sugar cinnamon crumble and a limited edition brown sugar cinnamon bun mochi ice cream.
