NOBU LONDON CELEBRATES 25 YEARS WITH A LITTLE MOONS COLLABORATION
Little Moons with a twist: Sweet Miso Caramel features the popular Japanese ingredient sweet miso, in our Little Moons signature smooth and delicious gelato ice cream with an extra salty-sweet hit. The delicious flavours of creamy caramel, combined with the salty-sweet richness of miso, pack an unami punch. Each bite is then wrapped in our delicate, soft mochi dough and hand-finished with Kinako by the team at Nobu London for that extra taste experience.
Capturing the true taste of Japanese flavours in a sweet and salty mochi ice cream, this mochi showcases the Japanese soybean which is one of Japan’s most versatile and prominent ingredients.
OUR HISTORY WITH NOBU
Over a decade ago, Regis Cursan (executive pastry chef for Nobu London) and Vivien Wong (Little Moons co-founder) met and collaborated on some unusual and fantastic flavours. Nobu London ultimately became one of the first restaurants to have Little Moons on their menu, and with their combined expertise and flavour palettes, the two have continued to be inspired by each other’s creations.
Europe’s first Nobu and second oldest in the world, Nobu London burst onto the restaurant scene in 1997 and has been a firm favourite amongst foodies ever since. 25 years later, they continue to set the gold standard for inspired cuisine all over the world.
WHERE TO FIND OUR NEWEST MOCHI FLAVOUR
