OUR HISTORY WITH NOBU
Over a decade ago, Regis Cursan (executive pastry chef for Nobu London) and Vivien Wong (Little Moons co-founder) met and collaborated on some unusual and fantastic flavours. Nobu London ultimately became one of the first restaurants to have Little Moons on their menu, and with their combined expertise and flavour palettes, the two have continued to be inspired by each other's creations.
Europe's first Nobu and second oldest in the world, Nobu London burst onto the restaurant scene in 1997 and has been a firm favourite amongst foodies ever since. 25 years later, they continue to set the gold standard for inspired cuisine all over the world.
