Little Moons are frozen and chilled mochi, a fusion of Eastern and Western cuisine – soft and chewy rice flour dough wrapped around balls of ice cream, cheesecake, or chocolate ganache to create a distinctive, bite-sized, and delicious dessert that’s bursting with flavour.
Their rollout across Europe has been pioneered by sister and brother duo Vivien and Howard Wong, who founded Little Moons in 2010. The product’s roots are in high-end restaurants, but over the last five years retail packs have swept the ice cream category in grocery and food service.
Little Moons has rapidly established mochi, and snacking ice cream, across Europe. In 2024 we generated more than £60m revenue, and in 2025 we continue to drive towards double digit growth. The Role:
This role is all about bringing Little Moons’ brand strategy to life in ways that feel fresh, fun, and consumer-first. As Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll help us grow by turning big ideas into meaningful experiences – whether that’s through social storytelling, influencer partnerships, or brand activations that make people smile.
You’ll play a key part in shaping how our community connects with us, ensuring every interaction feels authentic and on-brand. From supporting customer care to spotting cultural trends, you’ll be at the heart of creating moments that matter.
Key Responsibilities:
General
- Coordinate influencer programmes and content delivery across global markets, managing seeding, gifting and performance tracking.
- Partner with the Social Media Manager to plan, create and schedule content, driving community engagement across channels.
- Support brand activations, packaging updates and product launches, ensuring consistent execution across markets.
- Support the customer care agency to deliver timely responses that reflect Little Moons’ tone of voice and values.
Influencer & Partnerships
- Coordinate global influencer programmes in partnership with the influencer agency and Social Media Manager to support outreach, selection, and content tracking.
- Maintain influencer briefs, gifting trackers and content calendars across key markets in Europe, Australia and the US.
- Oversee influencer content approval, usage rights and asset filing, maintaining consistent visual and messaging standards.
- Actively identify and support new collaboration opportunities, from spotting rising creators/brands to helping bring cross-brand partnerships to life.
- Collate and report influencer performance insights, using learnings to inform future campaign optimisation.
Social Media Execution (in partnership with the Social Media Manager)
- Support daily management of Little Moons’ global social channels, including planning, scheduling, posting and community engagement across TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Contribute to social content creation, from briefing internal teams to coordinating creative shoots.
- Proactively identify cultural trends, creators and social moments that align with the brand’s tone of voice and values.
- Track and report on engagement performance, supporting delivery of the global social engagement objectives.
Brand Marketing
- Provide hands-on support for coordinating packaging changes, product updates and artwork sign-offs.
- Assist the wider Brand Marketing team with product launches, helping maintain consistency across markets.
- Support delivery of consumer-facing activations, events and sampling programmes including coordinating the operational logistics.
Customer Experience
- Partner with our customer care agency to ensure all enquiries are resolved quickly, accurately and on-brand.
- Work with Marketing, Technical and Sales to resolve complex queries and deliver positive consumer outcomes.
- Share key insights from customer feedback with the Brand team and leadership to inform campaigns and communications.
- Champion the consumer voice, ensuring every interaction reflects Little Moons’ care and quality.
Sustainability
- Deliver your Brighter Future sustainability objectives, embedding sustainable practices into activations and influencer gifting wherever possible.
- Contribute to the Brighter Future Sustainability Strategy and company’s linked OKRs. Support your function and any direct report(s) to contribute too.
Essential Requirements:
- Prior experience in marketing, social or influencer roles.
- Demonstrable experience building and engaging online communities.
- TikTok enthusiast who loves experimenting with trends and creating engaging, on-brand content.
- Confident creating content across product, video and static formats using tools like CapCut, Canva or native social editors.
- Passion for creating meaningful consumer connections, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starting energy with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, thrives on getting things done and making things happen.
