Little Moons are frozen and chilled mochi, a fusion of Eastern and Western cuisine – soft and chewy rice flour dough wrapped around balls of ice cream, cheesecake, or chocolate ganache to create a distinctive, bite-sized, and delicious dessert that’s bursting with flavour.
Their rollout across Europe has been pioneered by sister and brother duo Vivien and Howard Wong, who founded Little Moons in 2010. The product’s roots are in high-end restaurants, but over the last five years retail packs have swept the ice cream category in grocery and food service.
Little Moons has rapidly established mochi, and snacking ice cream, across Europe. In 2024 we generated more than £60m revenue, and in 2025 we continue to drive towards double digit growth. We are also now a Certified B Corporation, which reflects our strong commitment to balancing profit and purpose. This certification means we are part of a global community of businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental impact, reinforcing our dedication to making a meaningful difference.
We are very proud of the culture that we have built at Little Moons. Not to stroke our own egos, but we are a great bunch of people—smart, passionate, interesting, and funny—who work hard to support and live our values, all the while keeping our mission in our forethoughts.
The Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. - Raise export documentation (e.g. EHCs, COO) in collaboration with customs brokers, vets, and regulatory bodies
- Act as the main operational contact for customers, resolving queries and supporting promotions and NPD launches
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand needs, improve service levels, and identify efficiencies
- Work cross-functionally with supply chain teams to manage stock availability, production plans, and demand changes
- Ensure stock cover is maintained at 3rd party logistics locations
- Partner with International Sales teams to support order fulfilment and customer service
- Oversee 3PL performance and collaborate to resolve operational issues
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimise supply chain efficiency
- Support B Corp sustainability goals by reducing waste and emissions
- Maintain accurate system data in Sage 200 Professional
- Manage 3PL invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies
- Liaise with Finance on PO/invoice management and financial controls
- Contribute to cross-functional project teams delivering NPD and business change initiatives
- Contribute to the Brighter Future Sustainability Strategy and company’s linked OKRs. Support your function and any direct report(s) to contribute too.
Essential Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience within FMCG customer exports and familiarity with customs processes (knowledge of export and customs processes desirable)
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Sage/SAP or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work with and manipulate large data sets to derive conclusions
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate clearly across multiple levels of the business
