Full fat soft cheese (milk) (29%), sugar, trehalose*, rice flour, water, crème fraiche (milk), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (guar gum, locust bean gum, cellulose gum, carrageenan), tapioca flour, yuzu oil, grapefruit extract, salt, natural food colour (annatto norbixin, curcumin), soya lecithin. *Trehalose is a source of glucose. May also contain nuts, peanut & sesame.
