Mango and passionfruit cheesecake wrapped in a sweet rice dough (50%). Ingredients: Sugar, mascarpone (milk), rice flour, water, full fat soft cheese (full fat soft cheese (milk), sea salt), trehalose*, chicory root fibre, rice starch, mango powder (0.9%), passionfruit powder (0.3%) (concentrated passionfruit juice, thickening agent (pectin)), tapioca starch, natural flavouring, beetroot powder, stabilisers (xanthan gum, guar gum), emulsifier (soya lecithin), vanilla paste (invert sugar, vanilla extract, vanilla pod, thickener (xanthan gum)), salt, acid (citric acid), colour (spirulina extract), soybean powder. Trehalose is a source of glucose.
