Ingredients

Full fat soft cheese (milk) (29%), sugar, rice flour, water, crème fraiche (milk) (cream (milk), skimmed milk, starter culture), trehalose*, biscuit crumb (fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), wholemeal wheat flour, vegetable oil (RSPO palm, rapeseed), sugar, cane syrup, raising agents: E500, E503(ii), salt), mango powder (mango pulp, maize maltodextrin) (1%),  emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (guar gum, locust bean gum, cellulose gum, carrageenan), tapioca flour, natural flavour (mango), salt, natural food colour (annatto norbixin), soya lecithin. *Trehalose is a source of glucose.
