Full fat soft cheese (milk) (29%), sugar, rice flour, water, crème fraiche (milk) (cream (milk), skimmed milk, starter culture), trehalose*, biscuit crumb (fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), wholemeal wheat flour, vegetable oil (RSPO palm, rapeseed), sugar, cane syrup, raising agents: E500, E503(ii), salt), mango powder (mango pulp, maize maltodextrin) (1%), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (guar gum, locust bean gum, cellulose gum, carrageenan), tapioca flour, natural flavour (mango), salt, natural food colour (annatto norbixin), soya lecithin.

Preparation and storage
Defrost and serve chilled. Once defrosted, unopened product has 5 days chilled shelf life (< 5°C).
