Ingredients: Mascarpone (milk), sugar, water, rice flour, full fat soft cheese (full fat soft cheese (milk), sea salt), light brown sugar (sugar, cane molasses), trehalose*, chicory root fibre, caramel paste (0.7%) (glucose syrup, caramel sugar syrup, invert sugar syrup, natural flavouring), rice starch, tapioca starch, stabilisers (xanthan gum, guar gum), natural flavouring, emulsifier (soya lecithin), salt, colour (annatto norbixin), soybean powder. *Trehalose is a source of glucose.
