

We use Himalayan salt to create our deliciously decadent blend of sweet and salty caramel ice cream, before wrapping it in a soft layer of soft mochi to achieve the height of deliciousness.

Milk, sugar, rice flour, cream (milk), water, brown sugar, trehalose*, glucose, invert sugar syrup, skimmed milk powder, caramel paste ((1%), glucose, caramelised sugar, invert sugar syrup, natural flavouring), tapioca flour, Himalayan sea salt (0.2%), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (guar gum, locust bean gum, cellulose gum, carrageenan, xanthan gum), salt, colour (annatto norbixin), emulsifier: soya lecithin. *Trehalose is a source of glucose.
