Full fat soft cheese (milk) (34%), sugar, water, rice flour, trehalose*, inulin, yuzu powder (2%) (yuzu juice, maltodextrin, acid (citric acid)), rice starch, salt, tapioca starch, emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (guar gum, locust bean gum, cellulose gum, carrageenan), natural lemon flavouring, colours (annatto norbixin, curcumin), soya. *Trehalose is a source of glucose.
